Our Topic this half-term will be Transport and People Who Help us! 

This Week's learning:

This week we are learning all about the story 'Astro Girl', By Ken Wilson-Max.  Here is the story link here - Astro Girl.  This week we will be thinking about what astronauts need?  We will also be thinking about the different vehicles astronauts need to use.  

Nursery Rhyme of the Week

Our Nursery Rhyme of the Week is Five Little Men in a flying saucer.  Five little men in a flying saucer | Early Years - Nursery Rhymes 

Maths

This week we are learning about positional language.  We will be using the vocabulary - in, on, under, behind, in front of.  

Phonics

In Phonics, we will be continuing our learning about Rhyme!  This week we will be learning some new rhyming games like Odd One out, Silly Soup, and rhyming stories.  

Library will be on Monday.  Please ensure your child has their orange reading book and their library book so we can change it.  We will also be changing their Wordless reading books.

Monday is our Weekly Parents Sharing Book Session 

Times are: 8.30–8.45am and 2.55pm - 3.10pm.  In the nursery classroom.  Please note: Pudding Lane will be open at 2.55pm for you.
