Today for our English learning we are going to be thinking about perseverance.

Perseverance is one of our Galley Hill values. It is our value of the month for January.

Below you will find the lesson screens for today and the writing can be completed in the books you were given from school or on lined paper.

Here is the link to the video about perseverance that is included in the lesson screens:

Log onto your Rising Stars account and access one of the reading books that has been allocated to you. Aim to read for at least 15 minutes. Once you have finished the book you can take the quiz!

If you are unsure on how to access your allocated books, see the note on the Year 3 Class Page:

Today for our Spelling learning, we are going to be focusing on the letters 'ey' making an 'ee' sound.

See below for the lesson screens and then your Spelling practice sheet.

Good morning year 3, we are continuing to focus on symmetry. Today we are exploring symmetrical patterns. REMEMBER you can go through the teaching screens as many times as you like and pause the video at any point. There are 3 chilli challenges we would like you to complete one of them, but you can do more if you wish. The challenge increases with the options so Chilli 3 is the most challenging.

For your PE learning today, we would like you to complete a workout.

You can choose one from the links below OR you can log onto your Fitter Future account and complete any of the ones that are there waiting for you.
