At the banquet Macbeth admonishes the two assassins for their incompetence. Lady Macbeth beckons him back to the table but when Macbeth returns he sees his place filled by the ghostly spectre of Banquo. Lady Macbeth manages to convince Macbeth that he is merely seeing things; but when a toast for Banquo is proposed he sees the spectre again.

Lady Macbeth dismisses the guests while Macbeth, mindful that Macduff has stayed away from the banquet, plans a return visit to the Weird Sisters.

‘The Traveller’

Monday Task – If you have a Dictionary, then perfect. If not, you are welcome to use Google to look up the words.

Assembly

As you know, Monday assemblies are to have a 5/10min chat with a friend about your weekend. So if you are able to do this – fantastic! If not, you are all welcome to message me on PurpleMash or even email the sapphire email address. I imagine your messages will all contain something along the lines of ‘IT’S COMING HOME!!!’

Maths

If you remember from a week ago, we started our unit again on Time. Today, we are continuing.

You are going to be looking at Duration.

Working out, how much time passed between two times.

P.E.

For P.E. there are a number of activities that you can chose from doing.

  • Joe Wicks
  • Complete an exercise or 2 on FitterFuture (if you need your logins again, please email the class address)
  • Just Dance
  • Yoga for kids
  • Keepy uppies (if you have space to do so and not break anything)
  • Basically, something for you guys to get moving =]

Circle Time

This is obviously going to be hard to do when at home isolating. So pick a mindfulness activity that you enjoy doing and do that =]

Or have a look at these https://www.waterford.org/resources/mindfulnes-activities-for-kids/

P.S.H.E.

To learn why and how rules and laws that protect themselves and others are made and enforced, why different rules are needed in different situations and how to take part in making and changing rules.

Why do we need rules/laws?

Who creates them?

Why do we have rules/expectations at school?

What rules do you have at home? Why do you have these?

Create a poster with rules from school and home on them.
