Class zoom today at 10am!
We have a scheduled zoom call today and hope to see as many children and grown ups there as possible.  
Don’t forget to read the letter from Mrs Birch about the rules and expectations.

We are continuing our learning about rhyme today, by reading a story called Oi Puppies! I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

We have a game to play with Kit.  Have a go with me.

Shape Walk

So today I thought we could go on a shape walk. I wonder how many shapes we’ll be able to find? 
Maybe you could go on a shape walk and see if you can find some 2d shapes that we’ve been learning about this week.

Kim’s Game

Today we are going to play a game called Kim’s Game, we have to use our amazing memories for this one!

You will need some 2d shapes and a tea towel or cloth.

How to play

Choose 2 shapes and lay them on the table or floor

• Talk to you grown up about the names of the shapes and what makes them special
• Your grown up can the cover the shapes with a tea towel
• Your grown up can then take a shape away (make sure you’re not peeking!)
• Now remove the tea towel 
• Can you tell your grown up what shape is missing, can you try and describe the shape?
