Email Challenge of the Day:

Today we are going to focus on showing some self love.

Send us an email and tell us (at least) one thing that you love about yourself.

Continue your explanation writing.

Ensure you use your plan to help you and make sure you are writing in paragraphs.

We know that the Rising Stars website isn't always working and that can make it really difficult to get your reading done.

Another website that you can use to access free ebooks is called Oxford Owl.

You can access all different book bands and select your own books.

An adult will need to set up a free account using their email address and then create a password.

Follow this link to set up an account on Oxford Owl:

Log onto your Rising Stars account and access one of the reading books that has been allocated to you. Aim to read for at least 15 minutes. Once you have finished the book you can take the quiz!

If you are unsure on how to access your allocated books, see the note on the Year 3 Class Page:

Our focus for todays spelling is what happens when you want to add a suffix but the word ends with the letter 'y'
Now that we know all about parallel and perpendicular lines, we are going to explore these lines within shapes and images. We are going to follow an Oak Academy lesson this morning. Start by look at the teaching screens and when prompted click on the video.

Here is a link to Weekly PE Challenges with Miss Surety.

She is adding different PE challenges each week.

Go and have a look at this week's challenge!

Look at the Video about resilience.
