It's called 'War and Peas' by Michael Foreman.


You are learning to identify what characters are like from their words and actions and you are going to be writing a character description of one of the kings.

Today we are starting to look at common exception words. These are words that do not really follow any of the spelling patterns and rules that we have been learning. Below is a booklet for you to practice some of these words. This booklet is for TODAY and TOMORROW, so you do not need to rush. 
Our learning today is all about using a ruler to measure the perimeter of a shape. There are two clips to watch, the first is a reminder on how to measure with a ruler, the second shows how use the ruler measure the perimeter. I have also attached a printable ruler if you do not have one at home.

Today in PSHE, we are learning about Secrets. We are going to learn about good and bad secrets, when it is OK to keep a secret and when you should tell a trusted adult if it is a secret you feel uncomfortable about.
