Use tweezers, or chopsticks or kitchen tongs to move rice/dried pasta/ anything else small and light, from one bowl to another.
This will develop your hand eye co-ordination, develop hand muscles as well as your concentration… potentially also your resilience, because if you’re anything like me, I cannot use chop sticks what so ever!
Science
Another investigation for you guys to give a go.
