Activities for Tuesday 6th July

English

Again, today’s English lesson was meant to be a practical lesson where you could get into the roles of the characters.

After seeing Banquo’s ghost, he goes to the witches once again.

Task

  • Read through the Playscript and decode what it means.
  • What are the three new prophecies from the witches? What do they mean?
  • Read the remainder of Macbeth in Shakespeare Stories (may even be worth reading the whole story again! – I would if I was you!)

Yesterday you were looking at the duration between times.

Today, you are going to finding out what the ‘start or finish’ time is when you are given the duration.

There are videos about time on the Remote Learning Homepage to aid with Time.

R.E.

After speaking to Mrs Axtell, I believe you have been looking at Jewish Festivals.

This week you are looking at Yom Kippur & Rosh Hashanah.

So today, please research into each of these events.

I have attached a number of activities / PowerPoints, if you would prefer to use them instead.
