PE at home- chair workout!
The only equipment you will need is a chair :)
If everyone can try do these activities for 20 seconds fantastic, if not try and do as best as you can.

Warm Up-Marching on the spot (25 secs)
Fist Pumps-punch to the ceiling (20 secs)
Scissor Arms- across each other (20 secs)
Kicks- one foot kick then the other (20 secs)
Flutter kicks-legs straight at all times (20 secs)
Fist rolls-rolling the arms (20 secs)
Knee slaps-very fast (20 secs)
Squat Jumps- up and down on the chair (20 secs)
Toe touches- opposite arm to leg (20 secs)
Swim- arms over into swim position (20 secs)
Arm cross cool down- (20s)
