This is the final week of term!

We will be having a lovely time exploring instrumental sounds in phonics and doing lots of gross motor skills work in class.

At nursery this week we will be about Xmas songs.  We will be using musical instruments to play them, drawing them and making our own ones.  

 

Our Focus Story will be the Xmas story

 

Maths

In Maths, we will be learning about number 5.  Each week we will be learning about a new number. 

  • Can your child recognise number 5 when they are out and about on a walk?


Nursery Rhyme of the Week

  • We are going to learn our new nursery rhyme this week “Away in a manger", that we sing everyday.

Library - Wednesdays

Please ensure your child has their reading book, orange reading record and bag in school.  

 

 

Things to remember:

  • Please ensure your child has their book bag and water bottle with them every day labelled. 
  • Please ensure all uniform is clearly labelled.  
  • Children need a book bag or a bag big enough to fit a picture reading book inside.
