These challenges are the skills we would have been looking at this term. It is useful to practice each challenge for around five minutes. Make sure you do a quick warm up and some cool down stretches before and afterwards to help your muscles. Each week we will come back and check on how these skills are developing. You should find regular practice helps you improve!
