Email Challenge of the Day:
Send us an email telling us about a wild animal you'd like to have as a pet. Explain WHY you think that animal would be a fun pet to have.
English:
Today, we are learning to read a loud using appropriate tone and intonation.
Use the punctuation, the font and style of writing to help you. Think about which words to emphasise and where to pause appropriately.
Practise reading a fable with a partner or on your own, making sure that it sounds exciting and engaging for the listener.
Log onto your Rising Stars and access one of the reading books that has been allocated to you. Aim to read for at least 15 minutes. Once you have finished the book you can take the quiz!

Watch The Music Show Episode 4 – We’re Gonna Sing High, Low and in the Middle.
Complete the worksheet provided. Look around your house for items that your parents are happy for you to tap. Do they make high or low pitches? Write or draw the items into the right boxes on the worksheet.
In French today, we are continuing our learning of the French animal names.
Look through the PowerPoint and complete the activity worksheet. The crossword answers need to be filled out in French.

In R. E. we are going to look at how God created the world for Islam.
Please look through the lessons screens and PowerPoint and complete the activity.
If possible, please print out the activity sheets - cut out and stick the sections of the story into your book with the matching pictures. Remember it needs to be in order.
If you cannot print this activity out, please write each section of the story (from the activity sheet) into your books with a drawing underneath that matches that section.
