Important Information
PE Days
Our PE days for Autumn term are:
Emerald - Tuesday & Thursday afternoons
Ruby - Tuesday & Thursday afternoons
All children must have a full PE kit in school with them:
- Royal Blue T-Shirt (preferably with school logo)
- Black Shorts
- Black/navy tracksuit for Autumn/Spring Term
- Trainers/Plimsolls for use on the field or playground
Reading
Every time your child reads at home, please record it in their orange reading record. Children should read at least 4 times a week, their reading records will be checked weekly. If your child is ready to change their book, they can put it in our ‘Books to Change’ basket in the classroom and an adult will change it for them.
D.E.A.R (Drop Everything and Read) is on a Monday. Your child can bring in something to read from home, for example a book, comic, magazine or newspaper.
Water Bottles
Please ensure that your child comes to school each day with a water bottle. This can be refilled at any point in the day in the classroom.
