8 November 2018
As you may already know, Monday 12 November is the start of this year’s BBC Children in Need Appeal Week. Galley Hill is excited to be joining with many others around the UK to participate in the fundraising programme, the ‘Big BBC Children in Need Big Spotacular’.
The Big Spotacular will help your child learn about the lives of disadvantaged children across the whole of the UK, whilst developing skills like communication, teamwork and decision-making. Friday 16 November is also the end of our anti-bullying week, so we are combining both special events. We will be taking part in spotty-themed and fundraising activities Wear Something Spotty, blue or a combination of both – THIS IS A NON-UNIFORM DAY!!
You can help us make this a memorable event that raises as much money as possible, by supporting the fundraising activities in our school. This can be achieved by sending in a donation of £1.00 on Friday 16 November to take part in the ‘Wear Something Spotty or Blue Day’.
We are aiming to raise even more this year to support disadvantaged young people across the UK
Let’s make a big difference to the lives of children in the UK.
Thank you for your continued support.
